Statement of Conversion and Baptism by Immersion

…If your church records are not available (lost,church disbanded,etc.) or with another denomination of like faith and order, you may join Providence by your statement you have accepted Christ as Savior and Lord and that you were baptized by immersion after your conversion.

Watchcare

…If you desire to participate in the life of our church while retaining your membership in your present church, you may come under the Watchcare of our church. This allows you to fully participate in the fellowship of Providence, with the exclusion of voting in Church conferences.
